Self-defense with Summit Jiu Jitsu Academy

This weekend, we honed our self defense skills at Summit Jiu-Jitsu Academy, and it was a WILD ride! This sparring may look scary, but the girls all had a fantastic time and certainly came away feeling confident in their new skills and their physical abilities. Plus, everyone was a GREAT sport, which we love to see!
