The Wild Way’s popular PADDLESPORTS CAMP is back for 2023!

We are partnering with American Canoe Association-certified instructor Beth Wiegandt of Camp Bethel/Your Outdoor Classroom again to offer a week-long, summer paddlesports day camp.

Girls will have the opportunity explore several sports, including kayaking, canoeing, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUPing) on the James River in Botetourt County. Girls will learn how to prep and pack their boats, properly paddle each type of watercraft, read the river and navigate small rapids, and learn more about river flora and fauna.

This camp includes five (5) sessions from Monday to Friday, from approximately 8:30am to 3:30-4:00pm each day. Transportation WILL be provided; parents will drop off and pick up their children at Wasena Park each day. Sign up today!
