Join us for a morning hike up Mill Mountain, with an adorable animal encounter at the top!
We’ll be hiking up the two-mile Star Trail, which is a great trail for beginner hikers. After we reach the top and visit the Star, we’ll visit the Mill Mountain Zoo where we’ll do a special program with their staff to meet some of their resident animals. We’ll even take the zoo train so we can meet their red wolf pack. At this time, The Wild Way is enrolling girls ages 9 to 14.
TRANSPORTATION: Please note that transportation for this event will NOT be provided. You will be responsible for dropping off and picking up your child. More details on drop-off and pick-up will be provided in a follow-up email.

PAYMENT: The Wild Way’s activities are offered on a sliding scale fee. After filling out the application below, you will be directed to a site where you can make your preferred contribution amount. Our services are FREE to families in need. Please don’t hesitate to request a fee waiver.
