Strength training is for everyone
In January, The Wild Way held an “Intro to Strength Training” event at Community Unify Roanoke. We talked about how strength training builds strong bodies AND strong minds, and we learned some fun new movements and games to keep us healthy. Fitness doesn’t have to be all work - it’s actually a lot of fun if you find the right movements for you.
These ladies put in some hard work, and they had a great time while doing it!
