Outdoor Climbing at Raven’s Roost: Saturday, May 28 (click here to enroll)

Apply to participate in The Wild Way’s climbing series! This event is open to all girls ages 9 to 14.

Give your girl the opportunity to have an authentic outdoor rock climbing experience at Raven’s Roost. Raven’s Roost is a beginner’s climbing spot located off of the Blue Ridge Parkway near Charlottesville. Led by Blue Ridge Mountain Guides (a certified and experienced outdoor climbing outfitter), girls will learn climbing safety and equipment, discuss the belay and pitching process, and climb their way up a true rock face.

If your girl loves to climb, we also recommend signing up for our ropes course event at Camp Bethel (Saturday, May 21) and River Rock (Thursday, May 19 and Thursday, May 26) for a comprehensive climbing experience.

TRANSPORTATION FOR THIS EVENT IS PROVIDED. Please drop your child off at Wasena Park at 8am. Pick-up will also be at Wasena Park at 5pm.
