This summer, The Wild Way is partnering with Beth Wiegandt of Camp Bethel/Your Outdoor Classroom to offer week-long, summer paddlesports camps.
Girls will have the opportunity explore several paddle sports, including kayaking, canoeing, and stand-up paddleboarding on the James River in Botetourt County. Girls will learn how to prep and pack their boats, paddling techniques, and how to navigate small rapids, all while enjoying the water and learning about local ecology.
This camp includes five (5) sessions from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm each day. Transportation WILL be provided; parents will drop off and pick up their children at Wasena Park each day.
